Exactly Flatcapper. It's called high grading. This is where they defend themselves by saying: 'we was forced to do it'. Absolutly disgusting. This is what the eu want to link the rsa with. Hope a few managed to get something sent to defra regarding 47 I wouldn't put moniey on it but i don't think there is a lot agreeing with the proposel. Some eu managers etc just might.
